I analyzed large data sets, conducted research, and created user journeys, blueprints, and component libraries to increase the level of understanding across working teams up through senior leadership.

I supported employee and cross platform consumer experiences. I managed the end-to-end conversation process for a multi-national retailer from conception through multiple migrations.

Virtual Store Experience Analysis

A look at the current customer and employee experiences to find work as we look at planning the second half of the year.

Voice Employee Experience

This project is currently in it's pilot period supporting 400 employees (both on and off shore) who take between 200,000 and 250,000 calls per week.

Managing Employees

The business wanted an easy way to onboard and manage employees that were taking chats for Best Buy. The existing process had been extremely manual and involved the development team making changes. We moved the manual functions into an experience that managers could log into for updating/onboarding without waiting on our dev team.

Chat EX Updates

Over the past year, Best Buy has been trying to move all of the separate employee tools/systems into one singular experience to make it easier for employees to do their jobs. As the designer for the chat employee experience, I was tasked with integrating the current features employees have into the new one-stop-shop platform. Virtual Store Audit

This was a comprehensive audit of the current customer facing experience, it covered all the ways customers could use bestbuy.com to connect to the virtual store and outlines key areas for improvement.

CATS Cards

These multipurpose cards were for any event where we'd need branded statioinary.

AdvancedMD MVV Displays

After a rebrand, the marketing team was tasked with increasing the visibility of the new mission, vision, and values for the company. I designed displays for various locations around the offices in acrylic, fabric, and vinyl. I coordinated with a local printing agency and installers to bring the designs to life and onto the office walls.

CATS Conference Ad 2

This ad was placed in a conference booklet where CATS was a sponsor. It resulted in more people stopping by the booth which was a big win for the sales team at the event.
