Role Background
I began my career at Best Buy as a web designer, where I was responsible for designing the Partner Portal. As the team was very small, I leveraged my technical and UX skills to function as a front-end developer and implement my designs. In this role, I worked in tandem with the development team to ensure that the Partner Portal provided a seamless and intuitive user experience for our partners.

I then had the opportunity to transition into an exciting new project: creating an innovative sales channel for Best Buy, the virtual store. As the sole experience designer, I led the working closely with a variety of teams and stakeholders through the conception, design process, and launch. I conducted extensive user research to understand customer needs and created designs that provided a personalized shopping experience. My efforts resulted in the successful launch of the virtual store, which has since expanded to eight product categories and is projected to represent a significant portion of the company's online revenue.
